But.. a girl tried to talk to me earlier about a trial for Battler, as if he deserved one. [ She obviously doesn't think he does. She'd rather he rot buried alive under ground than any other option, but she knows that won't work. He would run out of air, die, and come back with a vengeance. ]
Perhaps limitation entirely during a trial wouldn't be bad and a jury could do the final sentencing, so it isn't as though the people being consistently targeted are the ones who decide their fate. I'd be willing to have City Guardians who aren't personally attached to the case act as a judge if we have a method by which to restrain criminals during the cases.
