Generally the cities have the capabilities of holding whatever resident criminals they have. Such as Nova City being able to hold criminals that have been technological enhanced or even aliens. Same with Fayren, they have the capabilities to hold magical criminals.
So they do well for the most part. That or there has never been a significantly dangerous native criminal that has really tested the limits of the prisons.
Makes sense. And I guess if we ever get an evil sorceror we could ship them to Fayren.
Anything else I should know? About anything Guardian-related, really; didn't really get much notice on this so I couldn't exactly come prepared for the position.
