There were...I think they were robots...causing chaos in the city. They were sucking liquid from the vehicles. Their apparent leader said he was going to extract all forms of energy and convert them into something called "Enetron." With that, he was going to resurrect something called "Messiah", which would devour the entire city. The robots managed to get away in one of the vehicles. The leader disappeared by teleporting.

Okay..this guy definitely sounds like a nutjob. Did he say or do anything else? [He's going to check the video cameras in that area to see if there is a good image of the guy.]
Well...not that I'm aware. But given the chaos he caused, there are surely many witnesses. He did speak some words that I couldn't understand...as if they were a different language.

At least...like that guy who robbed the bank, I caught a picture of him, as well as the vehicle that was stolen.

I will give the picture to the GCPD and have it distributed to all of the officers so that we can keep an eye out for him. [The guy looks like some weird alien creature..]
Other than some minor bruises, I'm fine. I'm glad I had my Pokemon with me. I...would have lost otherwise...

It functions like Holodeck'd, except its personal. It can form weapons [He presses the center and activates it. A menu appears and he presses an option and a sword appears in the air and he grabs it and shows it to her.]
I figure a device like this would be useful to you.
I generally restricted it to forming weapons. There are firearms among other things programmed in. But honestly, anything Holodeck'd can do, this can do.
