Speaking of both deputies and next term..I know what you want to shadow me and that you have been to the other Guardians, but every city is different with its own personality. Running one city doesn't always mean you can apply those skills to the other.

But I did have the idea that maybe instead of giving you a day of shadowing, how about six months? That is, if you would find being a Deputy Guardian an enticing role for the moment. I think I could teach you far more in that time frame than in a single day or a few weeks.

[She stands up fast, almost fast enough to tip over her chair. No one loves training more than Orihime (debatably), and the thought of being a guardian, and protecting people, and being a superhero sidekick...!]

[Well..he certainly hadn't been expecting that reaction. He thought she might have to think about it or say she needs to give it some thought, but here she just outright accepted. Not that that's a bad thing. She seems like she actually wants to help this place and its people, so its always good to have people eager for that.

Honestly... I didn't know I was interested until I saw the announcements. And I knew I needed to try.
[She holds her hands in front of her, awkwardly rubbing one thumb over the other. Orihime looks down at the desk for a long moment before looking up again with a sheepish smile.]
I didn't even look to see who else was running before I submitted my nomination. Then I saw you wanted this to be your last term to wrap up some projects, and I felt kind of bad about it. I'm glad I can help with those projects now. They're really good ideas!
