What would you suggest I do, Doctor? You're the one with the experience dealing with this person. I don't plan to go out and arrest him, but are there any precautions you believe I should take or things that I should look for?

No. Can't arrest him. Can't do that for crimes that haven't been committed here.

If it's posssible - check the electric output usage in each district.
