her, because I was trying to learn about the material that was used on her.
I also spoke with Satsuki afterwards. She said the material was something
called Life Fibers. They also said that the material is actually sentient.
Do you know anything about it?
I'm not at all knowledgeable in it. Ragyo Kiryuin made a video some time ago and demonstrated highly durable clothing to me and the other Guardians and offered to outfit our police forces with them. It was like regular clothing, but it could stop a high caliber bullet. I'd never heard of the stuff before that. I never imagined it would be capable of causing the incident that it caused recently.

Oh no...if it is offered to me, then I would certainly decline. Anything
that can cause anyone to lose control of themselves like that is just too
dangerous to be used. That's...just my opinion though. I suppose I can't
stop anyone else from using it if they really want to.
That's completely fine. It's not something that I plan to equip any law enforcement or anyone in Genessia City with. I think it has done enough damage.
I have considered disallowing its use at all in Genessia City. Though, there are probably some more things I Should learn about it before taking that step.
