Hey, this is Garrus Vakarian, new co-Guardian of Nova City. Weiss mentioned that you have some sort of super prison that I might need in the future and I was wondering if you could give me some details on it.
That sounds like an impressive facility. I have a couple of questions. You said the metal is nearly unbreakable; what's able to break it? And what do you do if you're trying to hold someone who can teleport, since I'm assuming we have those here. [There's a lot of people with weird abilities; it really wouldn't surprise him.]
Likely some sort of weapon fashioned from the metal itself, otherwise there really hasn't be an instance where someone has been able to break it. They wouldn't get anywhere unless they could teleport through universes. [Which isn't a common ability among teleporters.]
Generally the cities have the capabilities of holding whatever resident criminals they have. Such as Nova City being able to hold criminals that have been technological enhanced or even aliens. Same with Fayren, they have the capabilities to hold magical criminals.
So they do well for the most part. That or there has never been a significantly dangerous native criminal that has really tested the limits of the prisons.
Makes sense. And I guess if we ever get an evil sorceror we could ship them to Fayren.
Anything else I should know? About anything Guardian-related, really; didn't really get much notice on this so I couldn't exactly come prepared for the position.

That’s… surprising, actually. I had thought we’d have a larger percentage of people with powers be less than savory. How strong are our normal jails?
