Yeah. I've been doing this for a long time, but I know I can't do it forever. That's why I'm making a firm commitment for this to be my last. As for what I'll do after, I haven't decided. I haven't given much thought to life after Guardianship.

Speaking of both deputies and next term..I know what you want to shadow me and that you have been to the other Guardians, but every city is different with its own personality. Running one city doesn't always mean you can apply those skills to the other.

But I did have the idea that maybe instead of giving you a day of shadowing, how about six months? That is, if you would find being a Deputy Guardian an enticing role for the moment. I think I could teach you far more in that time frame than in a single day or a few weeks.

Not that that's a bad thing. She seems like she actually wants to help this place and its people, so its always good to have people eager for that.

I didn't even look to see who else was running before I submitted my nomination. Then I saw you wanted this to be your last term to wrap up some projects, and I felt kind of bad about it. I'm glad I can help with those projects now. They're really good ideas!
