I know we've only met on a few occasions - I have something very important to bring to your attention since you're guardian of Genessia and it's important to bring to your attention an individual that just arrived from my universe.
That's Davros and despite what he's proclaiming to the public - he has slaughtered his own species in order to genetically create his own species that would follow his orders and be obsessed with needing to be the dominant species of the universe.
I'm only alerting you and Cassian. The lot of us from my universe; will keep tabs on Davros.
Well that's great. Just the sort of person we can use in this place. [Dripping with such sarcasm. He's known crazy people like that before. There is no surprise that they exist in every universe.]
On a scale of one to ten, how dangerous is he and how concerned should we be about his prescience here?
Well - for right now; I wouldn't be concerned. Once he finds a lab to use is when I would start being concerned. He's very clever and even with the technology not being super advanced - he'll probably find a way to experiment with genetics.
What would you suggest I do, Doctor? You're the one with the experience dealing with this person. I don't plan to go out and arrest him, but are there any precautions you believe I should take or things that I should look for?
